The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, close to many attractions and amenities. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was decorated stylishly and had a lovely cozy feel to it. The breakfast offered was fresh and tasty, and the rooftop chill-out area was a great place to relax. The added convenience of a small pantry and washing up sink in our room was a nice touch.

The hotel gym was underwhelming and could use some improvement.

Spent my xmas in this place, and I must say, the place was indeed cozy and charming. the atmosphere was festive, with warm and decorative Christmas lights all over the hotel. the location is central, with easy access to popular tourist attractions and shops. the breakfast spread was diverse, with fresh and tasty options to choose from. the hotel staff was courteous and made our stay pleasant.

I must point out some downsides as well. the rooms were small and the lighting was dim, not to mention the decor was dull and outdated.
